Google Glass? Smashed

Many technology 'higher-ups' have said that Google Glass is the future in terms of tech, but what does everyone else think?

Google glass has been quite an innovation. It is a device that allows messaging, video taking, photo taking and practically anything you could want from a mobile device, but does anyone want it? Prototype devices are currently being tested by curiously named 'Glass Explorers' and are expected to go on public sale some time next year.

While some see such wearable computing as the obvious next step for the digital age, others regard the idea of even more intimate connections with the network quite scary. Technology such as this further strengthens our reliability on networking and the internet and questions have to be asked, is this too much?

What do you think? Would you like a permanent connection to your friends and them to you? How far would you be willing to let them in on your life for nearly 24 hours a day? The capacity for personal information is also large, too large to get into the wrong hands.
